The new Daily Brief Group Report is a real-time at-a-glance multi-group summary report of daily cumulative customer service metrics for each group. Like all other reports, it is highly configurable and well organized with color-coded thresholds, sortable data columns, and includes many informative tooltips. Furthermore, all reports in CCAD 3.5 can be Drag-and-Dropped or Zone Edited across all 4 zones of the wide aspect dashboard.
ShoreTel Contact Center Agent Dashboard runs on Microsoft Windows with Internet Explorer and FireFox browsers and Apple Mac & iPad platforms with FireFox or Safari browsers.
